Quality Assurance

At Jaybee Industries, the superior quality of products is ensured as we have an expert design team working on our products who ensure that they conform to the high domestic and international standards. Best quality materials are utilized for our products and are even imported specially as per the requirements. At several stages of the production, inspection is conducted such as during the coil winding, core assembly, insulation cutting, oil filling and other stages.

Using the most advanced and computerized meters work through centralized control panel, we check the range of transformers. Our regularly calibrated meters ensure that the highest quality reaches our customers. Third party inspection as various government agency tests for conducting dynamic short circuit, impulse voltage tests, temperature rise tests and other tests. Routine tests are carried out on all our products.

Full facilities for testing the oil and the materials are chosen as per the established guidelines.
